Sphere of Light: Now Over 70,000 WORDS!

70,000 word count REACHED!
70,000 word count REACHED!

I am beginning to discover that editing is perhaps the hardest part of writing a book. The story is also looking more like a story. For that, I wouldn’t have to feel too embarrassed with my writing. The most awesome thing actually is reaching 70,000 words in the manuscript! That’s over four to five thousand words from its first completion!

Now on to Verse 14 out of 29 😀

Happy Birthday, Marcus!

Happy Birthday, Marcus!

Today, my 33rd birthday!
Currently, I am in Shanghai taking a break from attending masters courses in Chinese History at my university. I’m slowly editing the current 1st novel and looking over the outline before I begin working on other pieces.

Celebrate today by sharing this post and getting the word out about my work!

Return from a Season Hiatus

Very little activity was done during the Winter and Spring  seasons in terms of editing. With several changes happening in Korea, returning to the USA to visit family and friends, and recharging that motivation to get back into writing, it was only a matter of time that I would get back to the story.

While on that break, I was able to come up with ways to strengthen my story and a new idea for another story was born! I will reveal it sometime soon as it was only conceived while on a trip to Shenyang-Beijing (China). To add, I was accepted into Shanghai University’s Master’s Program. Yes, I need a break from traditional work so that I can focus more on myself and my own personal goals. Yscariot being one of them.

Here is an update on Yscariot™: Sphere of Light (novel manuscript):
